UL 508a Listed Control Panel Design
- Design electrical control panels to automate industrial machinery and manufacturing processes
- Work with Valu Electric to manufacture then commission control panels at customer sites
- Previous projects include: hydraulic press machines, industrial ovens, conveyor belt systems, bin dump machines, palletizer machines, degreening room control systems
Machine Control System Upgrades
- Trace out existing wiring of a machine and inspect for damages
- Create electrical drawings for the machine using AutoCAD Electrical
- Add additional safety devices and components to the circuitry. Re-wire circuits as needed
- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) processor and Human Machine Interface (HMI) hardware replacement
- Test and commission the machine to verify functionality
PLC Troubleshooting & Modifications
- PLC program and HMI screen design/modification
- Go live with the PLC to upload the program or clear a fault
